Give your readers a quick rundown of the video’s key points without interrupting the flow:

- **Trainer Certification:** Empowers managers and supervisors to meet OSHA standards and conduct hands-on operator evaluations onsite—only one certified evaluator is required per location.
- **Employee Training Kit:** A complete binder + USB package loaded with lesson plans, checklists, evaluation forms, and resources that certified trainers use for hands-on instruction and assessments.
- **Rented Equipment Note:** Rental companies must still provide site-specific equipment familiarization, while your own certified trainer handles the formal evaluation.
- **Bundle Option:** Combine the online trainer certification with the physical training kit at a discounted rate—start immediately online and receive your binder + USB within a week.
